Project Overview
Hale Innovation collaborated closely with the City of Bartow’s utility team to pursue State Revolving Fund opportunities to strengthen both the drinking water and wastewater systems during a critical period.
By acting as an extension of the utility department, our team quickly moved from the funding announcement to active pursuit.
As program guidance changed, Hale Innovation supported project selection, refined backup strategies, and adjusted the pursuit to stay competitive. Our role included developing technical and financial support materials and helping the City respond to RFIs to keep eligibility intact throughout the process.
This coordinated and adaptable approach enabled Bartow to secure SRF funding for high-impact resilience and facility-hardening projects under tight deadlines and competitive conditions.
