Our expertise is demonstrated through two exemplary projects. The first is securing $23.9 million for Lake Wales, Florida, via the RAISE grant program, showcasing our strategic project selection and execution skills. We utilized their extraordinary, award-winning master plans to determine a path forward to obtain funding and deliver the project utilizing a CMAR delivery method. Lee Hale has over 13 years of experience working on projects with construction values ranging from $300M through $900M. This experience has shown up in helping the City of Winter Haven kickstart the delivery of a new Water Resource Facility, delivering the project via a Progressive Design Build model. Hale Innovation has provided project phasing, grant pursuit approached, and various other tasks under an owner’s representative service contract.

Our involvement in municipal planning may apply to programming as well, such as developing Parks and Recreation Master Plans, which optimized grant awards, leading to successful park renovations, a practice area where we are 13 for 13 on funded pursuits.
