Project Overview

Hale Innovation collaborated closely with the City of Winter Park to secure Clean Water SRF aimed at improving wastewater collection system infrastructure. Early coordination with the utility team allowed us to swiftly identify the most competitive project scope and ensure it met SRF eligibility and scoring criteria.

As funding requirements and program details evolved, Hale Innovation helped the City refine its pursuit strategy, prepare supporting documents, and respond to RFIs to stay eligible. This collaborative effort kept Winter Park competitive throughout the SRF review process.

The CWSRF award provides Winter Park with access to long-term, low-cost financing that supports critical infrastructure improvements while preserving affordability for the community.

Hale Innovation remains actively engaged, assisting with project delivery and program management as the City moves forward with implementation and compliance under the SRF program.
